Green7mgte Supra Forum Moderator Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Green-Ohio Posts: 1,297	there has been a ton of posts on this subject. just search for "new supra" or something similar and you can see the pages and pages of feedback. it basically boils down to.. can you perform general maintenance on the vehicle? and is the vehicle in question up to par so to speak. main problems with mk3's are the low torque spec from factory. do a head gasket change and torque them down to 75 lbs for bolts. 85 for studs and you have a good robust engine on your hands..
