advice anyone?

im in search of a supra, preferably turbo but i can never find one in my price range that is turbo. my question is if i buy a non turbo supra how hard will it be to make it turbocharged? and will 6k be enough to turbo it???

I suggest you be patient until a good deal comes around and what you really want. I would think that you could find a decent turbo car for less than the 6K you are willing to throw in to turbocharge an N/A. A quick search on Auto Trader and Ebay produced a few results. You can also check the different Supra boards classified sections. Just be sure to read up on the common things to watch out for/check when buying one of these. They are a joy when running right, but it can take a lot of effort and money to make it reliable. Remember these are 20 year old cars that tend to have been beat on over the years.

yeah one good thing about buying an na and swaping a gte in is you might find a supra that is less beat and unmodified since the main draw is to the turbos
