How to fix gas pedal low ( how to adjust throttle cable)

I can't find where is the information from MK3 TSRM Online.....My gas pedal don't have very much travel and a lot free play, I pressed it on the floor but still just 2500-3000rpm 60 Mails/hour ......

cables like all cables stretch over time. adjust the screw on the throttle cable near the bracket.
