There is nothing provided which gives me any basis for estimating the value of that car. The dents on the driver's side don't help though. Check for all the usual suspects when looking at it: smoking, rough idle, discoloration or oil in the coolant, if you've got a timing light check for irregularities with the diagnostic jumper in place (provides an indication of timing belt wear), and check for diagnostic codes.... OR just take it to a mechanic YOU know and trust for a diagnostic.
