now where near mechanically inclined as quite a few in this community... but I'd have to guess that if she's been sitting for three years, you might need to pull the engine and replaces seals and rings... but if she passes a compression test, I it might be ok.. if she still starts up and runs, that's pretty lucky... also after sitting for soo long, I'd imagine you'd wanna clean up stuff under the hood... give the coolants a flush and change... maybe even get down into the fuel injectors and filter... There's a lot of unknowns to be concerned about when buying someone's 3 yr old neglect. Good luck..
