72 ft/lbs for stock bolts. The 58 ft/lb original spec is responsible for a lot of BHG's as it's simply too low for the GTE.

If this is a newly rebuilt engine (or you replaced the head gasket, etc), after 5 heat soaks you'll want to re-torque them.
