Oil Leak - help

I appear to be leaking oil from the engine in the lower, front passenger corner of the engine. It is at the corner and on the side behind the pulley. So, it appears it may be the oil pan seal? However, there also appears to be a screw/bolt a few inches above coming out of the engine that may also be leaking. Would this be the timing belt tensioner?

It’s not possible to see the cam belt tensioner unless you remove the cam belt cover. There is an oil feed and oil return pipe for the turbo on that side of the engine block (7M-GTE) as well as the oil pressure sensor and dip stick hole. Cam covers often leak, but the oil normally runs to the back of the engine due to the engine slightly tilted back at an angle. You’re best bet is to clean as much as the oil up and try to locate the general location of the leak. Its also possible the oil is leaking from the cam seals and dripping down behind the cam covers. It is engine oil and not power steering fluid ?

I will have to do some more cleaning, but I am sure it is oil - I spiked it with UV dye :-)
