clutch question

I have a 1988 Supra non-turbo n i just killed the clutch. I want to put a better clutch in it than oem. I want a clutch that can stand up 2 so serious abuse. My car is stock but im hard on the clutch. Any suggestions would be great i was thinking stage 2 or 3 or do u guys think that is over kill?
