You are better off doing the swap. I have an NA and looked into doing the same thing. It's a long, tedious, time and money consuming process. The NA engines (7MGE) don't have a lot of internal components that the turbo engines (7MGTE) do. If I ever want a turbo in my NA, I will do a swap. If you want a turbo engine, check out Jazz Pro Parts. They have the 7MGE, 7MGTE, 1JZ, and 2JZ engines.

PLEASE!!! Use the search tool... This has been covered 100x and counting... www.4CEFED.com That should clear up some questions. If you have any other questions that are not already answered if you search feel free to ask, we all could help

Your best bet is to buy a complete engine. You would then need a KVM and IC and piping. ECU and matching harness depending on the motor and ECU year. and since you have an 86 you would need front cross-members and engine mounts. The link I provided gives you pretty much a complete list...

YES, LISTEN TO SHIFTY.. OR if your young and have ideas.. Do as i did a month ago and turbo ur NA... Its not as hard as doing an engine swap.. I spent less than $2000 on it.
