That car looks rough I would seriously say don't get it. I was trying to sell mine for about the same price and mine is in way better condition than that. Also I wouldn't say the R154 is a high performance transmission just the one that comes on the 7MGTE and the 1JZGTE. On my pic down below is my car and I have done a lot to it but it needs a clutch the factory one went poof.
