so let me get this strait, you turn the wheel the car dies, you pull off the vac line from the pump to the intake piping and you turn the wheel, it doesn't die. Everything is clear. Theres no way that could be, there has to be some kind of restriction. Is the vac line connected ot the same stock nipple located after the MAF? Are you plugging the hole on the intake piping when you pulled off the vac line to test?
