I would find your self a complete 7M-GTE engine with a R154 tranny. There are a few differences that the NA block and tranny might not allow 600hp.

The GTE block has oil squirter's that help lubricate the rotating assembly, the NA does not. When you plan to push that much horses you will be wanting that extra lube.

The GTE also has the oil drain from the turbo in the correct spot, on the NA if you just drill a hole in the pan and weld a fitting onto that on a hard left turn you could possibly choke up your turbo and be hurting. It may be possible to drill a hole where the oil drain should go and tap it for a AN fitting, but if that worked you would sill be out of the oil squirter's.

Do not assume I'm telling you don't try it will never work, I don't know if the NA will hold that kind of power, it might. But if it doesn't, you will be deep in the money hole.

As for the NA tranny, its the W58, the common number for max horse power in them is about 400, any more and you will be looking at blowing a gear.

Either way you chose to do this, good luck.

You really are better off starting off with the Turbo mk3.
