rack boots

Hi!

I'm replacing rack boots on my 88 Supra 7MGE and having some troubles with finding of SST to unscrew the 34-35mm nut on a passenger side of the vehicle.
Is anyone knows where would I find one?

this is the part of my steering I'm talking about. I just cannot take it apart to instal the new boot. Please help....
