New valvetrain is needed i believe. not sure on the stock rpm limits for the block components though.
afaik, the rev limiter is only imposed because there is no mapping for the injectors to fire any faster. map the injectors up to a certain speed and theyll fire up to that certain speed. how to do that, i cant help ya
