20 - But this one is a little more disconcerting.. It looks important, can anyone tell me what this is too and whether I should be concerned?? (It will be fixed, but it looks like a difficult thing to work on atm..) The oil filter on the right is the best reference I can give as far as where on the engine this disconnected ______ is. What ever it is, it looks important..

24 - Yeha the rod that connects to the turbo is loose enough to move, but not enough to rattle where it's at.

25 - This tube that is crackededed and worn, what is it for specifically and can I just replace it with the proper type and length of hose or do I need to find a specific part to replace that?

#13 looks like 1 of the 2 knock sensors , you better plug that one back in the connection is right on the block there are two

#25 hose connects blow off valve back into intake system. it recirculates excess boosted air

looks like this turbo has been yanked off the engine a couple of times

oh and it looks like your power steering system is leaking

Hmmm,
which image gives the power steering leaking impression?
I will need to look into that.
Fluid level looks ok tho..

Do you have a picture of where that connector goes or a link to a diagram or anything?

ddmcse 06-09-2008 10:47 AM

it's under the intake directly on the block .
i would image you have continual "check engine" light action going on

SephyraTigre 06-09-2008 03:08 PM

Actually no.
Seems to run great but I never see that light on.
It does turn on when I first start the car for a second though,
like as it does the light diagnostic.
All the on the dash do work.
