i was planning on doing a cat-back exhaust soon but ive been having alot of trouble figuring what to go with. What brand would give me the best look and hp gain without giving me that nasty ricer sound or give me a retarded looking coffee can sticking out the back of my car?

im guessing you have a non-turbo. from which i'd get a mandrel bent system(2.25in) with a MAC brand muffler. its got a quiet tone at idle, a deep tone cruising and sounds crazy at wot. it wont have a coffee can look and will be more of a sleeper with balls. i get my stuff done custom, otherwise i could recommend a brand. you can try pace setters(p/n 881407) cat back, it should be the cheapest one around.

i use a Blitz NuR
you can hear it idle here:
htttp:www/ddmcse.com/turbo

it sounds very good / comes with a silencer i put in after my first ticket ( for exhaust issues)

no tickets since and sounds great either way
i would anticipate 35 hp gain from this on an N/A

costs a boat-load and took forever to get delivered from japan

35 hp might be pushing it for a n/a but i highly recommend one if you have the means

Nothing but a turbo (or blower) would ad 35 hp to a N/A. At best you can expect 10-15 hp gains with an exhaust and fresh air intake systems. Do the AFM spring bump (3 notches), and up the timing to 15*. Please...tell me some more little things I can do without a turbo...I'm all ears...and all for it.

guess thats why N/A is not for me . i am a huge fan of more

I think with headers, cold air intake, and a great exaust you could probly push 35 hp more from a N/A supra
