Over Heating MKIII

Hi all,

I am brand new to both forums and supras so if i come across as fool thats why ! :x:

Hoping some one might be able to help me :help:. i have a 1989 Supra GT 7MGTE. The first thing that happened was it over heated due to falty Thermostat so i replaced it ...only to find i had a hole in my radiator ! ....so i bought a duel cooling raqdiator and had that fitted....although even with the bigger radiatior it continues to over heat ....going slightlty before the red section on the heat guage then dropping back to half then back up again and so on ....this seems to only happen on long drives say over 1 hour any recomendations as i have replaced almost everything in the cooling area and it did not do this before the first overheating insident and i drove it 12 hours from where ispicked it up interstate ! ....

P.S i also cant spell !!!! :eek3:

u might have let it over heat too much, run a block test. and cross your fingers thats its not a blown head gasket. or else you'll have a nice little project on your hands. check if theres coolant in ur oil, or oil in ur radiator at all. also, listen to see if u can hear a sound behind your dash that sounds like someone turned a sink on, or as people call it "the water fall" sound.
