Default turbo whistle.

I have an 89 turbo running .7 bar, and for some reason the turbo makes a very loud screeching whistle. Anyone know what this could be?

two options other than a new stock rubber one that will crack again later.....

I would go with the cooleeze, canadian built good guy, however probably a very long delay email him and ask
TOYOTA COOLEEZE

Chinese made, fitment issues( puts filter closer to radiator ) may of fixed that email him... Also cheaper than the cooleeze but i also think it doesnt look as good either

If the screaming noise is louder when the engine is cold, I would defiantly check the 4 fixing nuts securing the turbo to the exhaust manifold, its not uncommon for them to come loose.

I have been planning on getting the cooleze part for a while, i was satisfied with their upper rad pipe. I guess i should get in gear and get it.

And about the 4 bolts, it doesnt seem to be worse when cold. Just to be safe though, i will go ahead and check those bolts. Thanks
