Default hks ssqv

For some reason when i put my hks ssqv on, the car starts idling horribly and stalls, but when i put my blitz back on it runs perfectly fine. Any suggestions?

The HKS must have a vacuum leak somewhere. Or it might need to be adjusted.

I tried adjusting it, and it cant be a vacuum leak, because when the vacuum line is on the back of it, it boggs the car down, but the second i pull the line off, its rpms go back up and it idles fine, im thinking maybe theres just something wrong with the internals of the bov.
