Just do everything right, dont take no short cuts, and also dont use cheap parts and you should be fine:).

stage 3 weight reduction is pretty much nothing but removing parts the one thing you will need to purchase is a carbon fiber hood or a lightweight hood. what i have tooken out of the car is

hood air pump and all air conditioning parts
power steering and all the parts except for rack you still need that
all the interior
heater core and blower motor and all parts
power door locks and solenoids
take the seats out i recomend light weight racing seats
take sound detoning tar out
grind out spare tire housing and replace with alluminum sheet and get welded
all speakers cd units and random things you wont need
theres alot more you can remove but the idea with stage 3 weight reduction is remove everything that is weight pretty much. usless fogs with lightweight yellows
the brackets for the fogs there kinda heavy
rims
and just usless shit you dont need

cool. this makes more sense now. I think I'll probably just do carbon fiber hood and take out the back seats since nobody can really fit back there. Thanks for explaining it for me :)
