the front and the power steering gets hard and its hard to turn the wheel. its really weird.

check your power steering fluid level and make sure theres no leaks, if all of that it good you could have a power steering pump issue

you can always try bleeding it too
i did that to my friend's grand prix it was making that humming , and steering being stiff even tho, it was full in the reservoir so i bleeded it while adding more fluid and it was fine after
