sounds like a shot bearing.. prolly somewhere in the rear, i know my dads work van had a shot bearing, and was makin a heavy hummin sound, his was prolly louder cuz he drove on it for a while before fixing it.
but if somone could be a lil more specific, im pretty sure its a bearing but not where.. sry..
