go to celicasupra.com they have lots of info on upgrading the 5mge. most go with a 6mge and forged pistons. but forged units are more money. what year supra do you have. IIRC 84+ 5mge's have a higher compression ratio so if your looking for a N/A motor upgrade these would be what your looking for. good luck.
