cold start injector
 

i have a 82 5mge im starting to think my cold start injector is bad iv looked down the butterfly at the injector and i don't see no spray when i crank over is there a way i can find out if it is working and its another connection some where else

the prob im having is starting i have spark and gas.
i timed everything more than once been through the book fix/replaced vac lines went threw the electric. checked the fuel lines and connections
i dough my computer is bad

Cold start time switch maybe. Also the cold start injector only works when it's below 40 degrees i think I'm not sure on the degrees. Also if ur having trouble starting did u check the tps.

what is a tps iv worked on car when i bought this one so only lil over a year but iv been threw the book on this car and i know a lil more about it

Tps-throttle position sensor.

symptoms
•Bucking and jerking of the car
•Idle surging
•Sudden stalling of the car engine
•Hesitation while the driver of the car is trying to accelerate
•Sudden surge in car's speed while driving on the highway
•hard starts and poor gas miles

thats what im looking in to it is half disconnected the yellow is connected but the white/blueline is not and i have no idea where it goes i have look at the specs for it and it shows a black red and brown wire
