i need help

ok i have a 88 supra and it has the stock alarm in it and it dosent work i wanted to know where it is on the car how mutch a new one is and what are the possabilitys of why it isnt working... if anyone could help me it would be greatley apreaciated

its designed to only go off if the car is unlocked from the inside after being locked from the outside
