I was wondering if anyone had any tips for getting the fuel filter out. I am using a lift so that some what helps.

Use line wrenches to get the best grip on the fittings. They are usually REALLY tight, and will likely strip with regular open end wrenches.

Like he said, use a flare nut wrench, the size you need is 14mm. They look like this-
![]() Use a penetrating oil like PB on the fittings and let it sit for 10 minutes before you start wrenching. Mine was harder to loosen than a head bolt. |

Thx for the info, I'm going to get it done tonight at school. It shouldn't be too hard because if I need help there will be some expierenced technicians around.
