I had quite a bit of oil come out of the intercooler so im thinking that i need too pull it off and clean it out, any suggestion?

id guess just let it sit on end for a little while and draim it or just pull the lower hose.... carb cleaner breaks up oil good but a film inside wont hurt anything... get that catch can installed mentioned by bullzeye in your other post yet.?. i did. works super sweet. gets the condensation out of the motor too, i like that... , made my own can though..thanks bullzeye

try and find a anodizing shop ask them to soap it for u and get them to give a 1 min etch for u everything will clean right up
