DAMMIT! DAMMIT DAMMIT!! I just changed the power steering pressure line and DAMMIT! I stripped the threads in the rack. Anyway I can fix this? I'm so annoyed.

two things you can do, get a new (used or reman rack) very expensive, or find one in a junk yard (turbo or N/A car will do, they're the same) and get the head unit off of it and use it on yours. That fitting is a compression type fitting, totally machined, there's not re-tapping it.
