Is it possibly to swap a 7MG-TE head onto a 5MG-E block to use the turbo setup? I'd rather not swap the whole motor

then you have to do wiring you would be better off swapping the motor. a 5mge should not be turbo charged without machine work, but theoretically anything will work...;
