1986 supra fuel pump problems

Hey guys I just bought an 86 supra and I'm having fuel pump problems like my whole rear end isn't getting power, My tail lights, turn signals, fuel pump, nothing works back there. I found my circuit board and its fried could that be my problem?

Ya that would definitely be the problem! replace it and then you should be rolling!
