looking for supra mechanic in IL

Well first of all let me say that this fourm has help me alot ok now to my problem i have a 1989 supra 7mgte i am the 2nd owner of this car it has 78000 miles roughly i changed the oil last week before the oil change i was hearinjg a tick and a little white smoke now within 2 weeks hte tick has grown noticably louder and a little more with smoke so i am thinkin head gasket but i really sont want to tackle this project and am looking for a reliable shop to do my work for me becaujse this car is like a brother to me i am sure you all know what i mean so my car is being parked to further notice but on the other hand i do get to drive the z28
