Default Valves

Hey guys, long time since I have posted hows everyone/ur MKIII doing?

Well anywho just a quick question. I would like to hear some of ya'lls experiences or advice to free up some sticky valves. I used the seafoam trick once (where you add a bottle to the oil then change the oil in a day or two) which worked pretty good. Got alot of sludge out but im not sure about how well it did with the valve stick. Any better ideas?

Thanks,
Zach
