The only place that I know of that offers LED tails presently is clearcorners.com but they're quite pricey: http://www.clearcorners.com/products/toyota/a8/

There are others out there like these; I don't know how well they're built though. There may be more options as well, but I'm not up on the MKIV market.

If you're looking for MKIII tails then I'm sorry to say that there are no alternatives to stock other than custom builds.
