Default No Boost, and blows smoke (oil)

Well as you can see I have a slight issue. Turbo was said to have about 2k miles on it when I bought the car. No play in the shalf, and always held boost perfectly. Since then I've put about 1k miles on it, pretty easy driving due to a slipping clutch in 3rd + gears, and getting use to the car.

Motor is forged bottom end all done and balanced, has about 20k miles on it. Head has the same, titanium valves, brass guides so on so on. So basically can rull out the motor and head, however will get a compression test done soon.

About a month ago had coolent line the 90 degree one behind the thermostat housing going into the block slpit on me, temp was close to the red, after repair, held temp perfectly, and continued to run fine, after this, put about 300 miles on it, all of a sudden, starts using/burning oil, and no boost at all. When starting cold you don't see any smoke, but after maybe 1 minute soon as temp starts to come up will start to smoke.

I did not touch anything yet, I will be checking the intercooler piping for oil figuring turbo oil seals are bad, but does this cause a lack of, or no boost? Or is it possible to have a cracked turbo housing from that coolent line going out on me? I do not hear any leaks in any of the intercooler piping or vaccum or any of that, however I'm also not taking it out and trying to boost it up at the moment either.

I'm just looking for ideas, and how to resolve this problem so it does not happen again!!

Edit: and no check engine light comes on either for codes.

Thank you
