3Rd gen turbo supra exhaust manifold

Hi,

I have a 89 turbo supra. I want to get test pipes but on but I dont know what would be the best exhaust manifolds to get. also What should I do with the turbo do you guys think I should upgrade it or just get a custom turb kit.
