what trannys will work/bolt on to 7MGE?

ok, so i been looking everywhere to find a simple answer to a simple question. what trannys will i be able to get away with by bolting on to, horsepower: 247, rebuild diff, (SOON TO BE NEW TRANNY!!), stock engine, 7mge with 210 876km, not alot of upgrades but im thinking that a tranny will gain horsepower? PLEASE HELP before i go nuts and buy some random tranny off a 300zx or something!
