If you have NO power to any of the circuits but you have power to the headlights it isn't the alternator.... especially since the alternator only provides power while the engine is moving.
No, with a bad alternator you would only be able to jump it and run it until the battery was dead.
Check the 100A Alt Fusible link in the engine bay glove box. IIRC, the headlights are one of the only circuits which bypass it.
