camber/toe settings?

what do i set my toe and camber at? the car is lowered and has coilovers and 1000hp. got new tire now cannot hook 315 30 18 bf goodrich. the old tires were worn on the inside but hooked. titan motersports subs their alignments out and they are not open on the weekends.
