Very true. I have an 88 7mge base model and to be honest I dont really have a
set goal for the car yet. As of right now I am not planning to do anything for the 7mge except for the cold air intake. Either K&N or Blitz Sonic Power not sure.

Im leaning towards buying the 1jzgte with the R154 tranny (in the saving process lol) and pretty much keeping it stock. Im thinking about it because the car is leaking oil from the valve gaskets (which I've already replaced), oil pan and somewhere from my transmission as well.
