Auto trans to manual

I have an 84 Supra with a 6 M and automatic.Have an 87 with manual trans and 7M.Was lookin to see if the manual trans will match up to the 6M.Sure that it will bolt up but was wonderin if thered be an issue with the crank on the 6M not accepting a pilot bushing/bearing.
