No, the auto ecu actually controlls shifting, so it's not a connector for a sensor, its a connector for a shift controller. On the manual, the connectors are both sensors, I believe.

Yes, the ecu connector is identical.

Yes, the manual ecu would fit fine with the auto harness, but you wouldn't have the appropriate connectors to plug the auto harness into the manual tranny.
