Supra 7M-GE Rod knock D=

I have a supra project should be done by the end of the summer and when its cold it has a small rod knock. i want to fix but also if i do that i will prolly do head gasket dose anny1 know about the rod knocs and whats a good bearing to replace with. cuz i will replace them all if i replace 1
