I had the same problem after my 87 turbo sat for a few years. Checking the fuel lines is a good place to start. You might also want to check the fuel pump. My fuel pump ened up rusting form the fuel going bad. this is a common problem when fuel sits for to long. Pull off the fuel feed line before the fuel rail and turn the ignition on. Do not try to star the car, it wont anyway ( no fuel). Turn ingition off then see if the is any fuel on the ground. This will tell you if your fuel pump is bad. Also if the car has been sitting for that long I would drain all the fuel out of the tank and put in some fresh 91 octane. If the pump is bad you will need to drain the fuel anyway. Good luck.
