Take the old hoses to Autozone and ask one of the employees help you look for one or two from another car that has the angles and diameter you need. I managed to get three hoses out of on $15 hose for some GMC.
No one that I know of makes small diameter silicone coolant hoses and you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want to try and use vacuum hose.
