Methanol injection????

Got a good friend at work who has a 91 corrodo running 30 pounds of methanol and 36 pounds of boost.. fairly quick car i might say. but he uses it to run such high boost on a C/R of 9.1. so he says. he described it quote

"once the jets kick in its like driving on ice as the boost spikes off the radar. radar being my gauge. and the ride like gel. without it its a knocky deisel with some power."

So guys have any of you put or know some one running it and before and after. lol just curious to see some reactions. but first things first, putting the head back on lol.
