Despite what they say, that's not a kit for converting a N/A. It has a lot of part you need for any conversion but there's a whole lot missing. Unless you're running a fully rebuilt 7M-GE that turbo's a bit much (the only one I ever worked on grenaded and slaughtered the #2 cylinder of the MKIII it was on after about 10K). The kit does not include a manifold or wastegate actuator so you'll need to source those. You MUST add an oil cooling system (don't go with the stock GTE setup, it's horribly ineffective). You'll also still need to figure out your oil supply (not too hard) and provide a nice BIG drain for the turbo. Most drain to the oil pan, you have to pull it and add a return location; there's a bolt blocking a port on the oil pan that's used on the GTE for the return for the cooler, this is too low for a turbo oil return do NOT use it. You're also going to need a rising rate FPR (whether a stock GTE FPR or an aftermarket adjustable), larger injectors (GTE injectors are fine, but if you use used injectors get the professionally cleaned and flow tested!), a stronger fuel pump. You may need to reduce your spark advance as well.

My recommendation... do a GTE swap.
