Doesn’t sound good, knocking noise and loosing fluid sounds like BHG and big ends both together. The fluid on the intercooler could be the expansion bottle over flowing due to over heating. A few things you need to do first;
1. Check the engine oil level.
2. Remove the oil filler cap and check for any white residue in the cap.
3. Remove the spark plugs and try and turn the engine over using a spanner on the crank pulley.(turn clockwise)
4. Remove the oil filter, open the end up and check for any bearing parts in the filter material.
5. Report back with you findings.
The knocking noise is the main issue and the fact it now sounds if the engine has seized.
