Possible turbo blown?

So I was driving my 93 mk4 last night, and it was making nice boost (1bar-ish), this morning it started to blow some smoke (blue for sure) and it smells a bit rich, only put 94octane in it. It blows blue smoke, is only making MAYBE 0.5 bar now, and I believe only one turbo is kicking in. I'm almost positive the #1 turbo is done, but I pulled all the intake piping off, and there isn't any oil residue inside the hoses/throttle body or anything, but there is oil on the inside edge of the muffler, and there is a few little drops of gas. I'm thinking it could be the turbo seal on the turbine side thats leaking, but not sure, anyone have any ideas or imput they could offer?
