Default I'm looking at buying a Supra (new to forums)

Hello fellow Supra enthusiasts.

I'm looking to buy a JDM 1993 mk4 Supra TT.
I'd be buying from this shop here.

Thoughs are the under $20,000 CND Supras in the shop. I just have a few questions to ask.

I Live in Calgary Alberta Canada. In the summer we get up to 35 degrees celecus max and in winter we can go as low as -35 degrees celecus max. Would a Supra be able to take that kind of weather and would i need any modifications like intake or anything to help it during winter? Also where I'll be living I do not have a garage so the car would be out in the element all year round any thing I could do to help the car survive during that time?
Is the car even worth buying since its winter here for 8 months? I'm able to afford good winter tires and anything that needs to be done to the car.

What how many KM per Letter does the supra get? what can i do to improve fuel efficiency other then my driving style.
is it hard to maintain mechanically?
What kind of oil and fuel should I be using?

Also anything else that I haven't asked and should be worried about or just need to know?

Thanks
