That missing vacuum line is your feed for the blowoff valve. There should be a 3 inch L shaped vacuum line going straight down connecting to another hard line.
That wire connects to the coilpack bracket, it should have a small ring terminal on it.
Do you see that smaller vacuum line near your missing vacuum line for the blowoff valve? That vacuum line goes to the BVSV and then to the charcoal canister.
